Horrible, nosey neighbors, super ghetto, no one answers you unless they benefit or are dealing with police and city bylaw. The maintenance worker entered my home several times with no notice or reason and instead of being terminated, they transferred him to another coop they run. Never renovated or cleaned before I moved in, tried charging me for unpaid rent/deposit when I owed nothing an sent bank statements to prove it, didnt comply with city bylaw regulations and the issues ordered.. never even came to look. When I mentioned things of this nature in board meetings, was told to private message and was told my work orders were misplaced and that they were busy and forgot. Real nice 👌

Terrible place to live. If your planning on moving to Yule Manor Coop do your research, this is got to be one of the worst coops to live in the city, the board of directors spend all their time making ridiculous by-laws with mandatory fines that you must pay if you break the rules, not to mention all the city of Ottawa by-laws that you must also follow. The units are run down with all the windows broken so they don’t close properly and they don’t fix them either, maintenance work orders are backed up by more than three years, the maintenance people don’t care about fixing anything in the units, emergencies are not taken seriously the whole place is a mess. The board of directors are arrogant inexperienced fools who thrive on making members lives miserable by delivering news letters constantly with new made up rules. visitors to the coop who are visiting people who live here are constantly being ticketed and or towed away. Arrogant inflated heads controlling the place like a concentration camp, horrible, horrible place to live no freedom to just live your life, they constantly have a need to add stress in your life. 👎

Worst area to live in ever . Everyone is nosey sticking their nose into people's business ..people call police and cas on people for no reason at all i constantly hear the mothers screaming at other people kids running around ..oh and to top it off the parents all smoke pot by the picnic tables in front of kids. They party all weekends and all night loud music no respect for anyone else . Worst part is they are all kids having kids for the money ....absolutely horrible place .....also the woman in the office is rude as he'll kept inturupting me and then says what were u saying like if she had shut up I could have finished she said she didn't care and nothing I can do about it
