Easy/Convenient Booking Process
Straightforward/friction-free. Responsive and flexible, made it easy to find a time to fit with our schedule. Even coordinated with our neighbour to make sure property line overhanging branch work was pre-approved.

Clear, Fair and Ethical Estimate
No hidden fees or surcharges and final invoice was within estimate. Pricing tended to be rounded up in quarter hour units but all in all still reasonable given our remote location and the quality of service.

Professional, Courteous & Knowledgeable
From start to finish demonstrated expertise and professionalism. Alec assessed the trees carefully and clearly explained each recommendation.

The crew fit in some extra trimming beyond the estimate and kept us informed every step of the way.

We were going to cut down what appeared to be a mostly dead tree but Alec’s team pointed out that it was an abiotic habitat and not only preserved it, they managed to do so in an aesthetic way.

Even cleared up some of our own previous garden cuttings and added to chipper.

Shawn was very knowledgeable and helpful and went above for customer service and recommendations. I never heard back from the larger tree service companies, but Shawn was very transparent and timely in communicating. I would recommend Yeoman Tree Services and use them in the future.

We have engaged Yeomen Tree Services three times now, and highly recommend them. When we purchased our new property in Ladysmith, we wanted some of our tall Douglas-fir and western red cedar trees spiral pruned. A friend suggested Yeomen. Ken came out to take a look and the following week the team arrived. They were friendly, professional, respectful and tidy. When they left, our yard was brighter, but otherwise, you could hardly tell they'd been there.

A few months later, our neighbour mentioned he wanted to take down 10+ large trees bordering our properties. We right away recommended Ian and the team. Once again, they more than impressed. While they were working at the neighbours, they noticed a large Doug that had died at the edge of our property, right beside the hydro lines. They were great about giving us options and suggested we could leave it for a year.

This summer we had the team back out again, this time with a hydro specialist and they carefully removed the bulk of the tree, taking away all the debris and leaving us with some great pieces for yard decor! And, just for fun, Ian left his artistic fingerprint on the standing (now wildlife base) by carving lovely chainsaw art into the thick Doug-fir bark.

I can't say enough about how impressive this group is, and I would never hesitate to recommend them and hire them again!
