Terrible place to live children are screaming and running around in the parking lot constantly when cars are coming in and out. Parents and property management do nothing.The walls are also thin with no insulation once so ever so it's really cold and drafty. The board does nothing neither they complain about property management but do nothing about it.

Recommend you Run! Board and Property Management think their by-laws are above the actual law.

See what the kids are aloud to do to Tennants cars and property management doesn't nothing they say it a police problem and police say it's a property management problem. Worst place to live in Guelph.

I lived at the co-op for 16 yrs and my mother was on the board of directors for 10 yrs to make it all happen...my youngest brother still a resident ...brings fond memories!

Love living here! The sense of community and the neighbours area amazings. The neighbourhood is always clean. People take pride in their homes and mainly to in their landscaping. The staff is incredibly friendly and approachable. The board always is availlible to assist in makkng sure the neighbourhood is ran for the members. Community events for the complex are always great to attend and fun for everyone. Recently beautiful community gardens were put in for the members that mean they can grow some produce for themselves. Better than just living in an appartment you get a community too!
