If you live in wood Buffalo housing and are waiting on the RAB program for funding to help you receive subsidy and you still are being told your on the waitlist due to having a score point?!?
The score point is based on who needs the funding more then others. The funding was realesed on April 1st, I found this out after talking to the social housing ministry.
I’ve applied for the RAB program in November 2023 when I was told eligible and that I was on the waitlist. It’s May 06,2024 and I have yet received any funding.
Dealing with the office staff to get answers about your application is a pain as well they often wouldn’t reply to me for days and then when they do they are extremely rude about it. If you are like me and still waiting on approval please contact your MLA, Brian Jean and Tany Yao to address this concern as well as the ministry of social housing. Hopefully this review helps anyone thinking about applying for the RAB application.
