I have lived in this complex for a long time. I wish the City of Toronto can make these houses a bit more modernized and more privileged so we can make our backyards better etc. There is obviously room for improvement. The 2 maintenance guys who are changed often, behave rushed, say something and not follow up. Then we have to spend money out of our pocket to get it done even for basic things. And, For awhile, I have noticed the hot water in our shower lasts for a very limited time, say 15 mins from the tap. Then it turns cold. It is not because of washing machine or dishwasher that’s on. Now that is a very unsettling and inconvenient experience. I don’t recommend these co op handymen for jobs, I rather recommend someone who specializes in whatever job u need done. Oh and there’s dog poo on the sidewalks on Dolly Varden sidewalks constantly and I hate to take a chance with my designer shoes. I recommend to hire more than 2 workmen so our problems can be balanced, and hire those with skill and good experience and a good heart too. Because for everyone this is our only home that we rent, it deserves to be standard great and livable. Thank you.

If I could rate them lower than a one star, I would. Since living here, my mother and I have had a terrible expereince with them. Recently I've requesting a second parking for my car and its been about two weeks or more since I've heard anything back from them, considering they specifically told me that I will recive it in two days. I've had no choice but to park in visiter parking and since then, I've been receiving multiple parking tickets. Recently, I have been parking in a vacant house with a vacant lot and still managed to receive a parking ticket, although they allowed another member to do the same without any problem.. They are very disorganized, irresponsible, and as well as inconsiderate with my family that has been living here for more than 8 years.

👁❤🇨🇦& SOME OF THE FEW NICE MULTICULTURAL NEIGHBOURS IVE HAD A CHANCE TO MEET SINCE MY WIFE & I MOVED INTO THE CO-OP LIKE 12 YEARS AGO.I JUST WISH PEOPLE WOULDNT JUDGE US FOR ARE MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES, WERE NOT INSANE YOU KNOW JUST HAD A FEW MORE DIFFICULTIES THEN OTHERS,WE DONT BITE AND WE DONT CARE WHAT COLOR OR RACE YOU ARE, JUST IF YOUR AS GOOD OF A PERSON AS MY WIFE AND I.IN 12 YEARS BEING AT WOBURN VILLAGE WEVE ONLY MANAGED TO MEET 3 PEOPLE

MADE IT THERE CHOICE NOT TO BE JUST NEIGHBOURS BUT KIND OF LIKE A FRIENDSHIP, IT WOULD BE NICE TO SEE MORE PEOPLE IN ARE LITTLE VILLAGE ACTUALLY REACH OUT AND BE KIND TO ONE ANOTHER, I HAVE ANOTHER NEIGHBOR

WHEN I DO SEE HER SHE SAYS IM SORRY BUT MY CULTURE DOESNT ALLOW ME TO SAY ANYTHING TO YOU, WELL MY COLOR BEING WHITE SHOULD NOT MATER, IM IRISH NEWFIE, MY WIFE IS POLISH IT DIDNT STOP HER 34 YEARS AGO FROM WANTING TO KNOW ME , SHE TOOK A BIG CHANCE BACK IN THE 80'S.ANYWAYS FOLKS WERE SUPPOSED TO BE A VILLAGE SO LETS TRY TO BE ONE, THAT IS AFTER THE VIRUS , CAUSE I KNOW AT THIS TIME ITS A BIT DIFFICULT, BUT JUST THINK ABOUT WHAT IM SAYING NOW SO THAT WHEN WE HOPEFULLY WITH THE BLESSING OF " GOD '
GET THE CURE FOR THIS VIRUS THAT PEOPLE OF ANY RACE START TO TRY TO GET ALONG WITH OTHERS CAUSE IT MAKES MY LIVING HERE TO SUCK.
AND BECAUSE IM NOT LOOKING TO MOVE, I JUST HOPE THAT WE CAN GET RID OF ANY
HATE OR ANGER U MIGHT BE LIVING WITH AND DONT BE A STRANGER.😎👌⏳
