Marc was fantastic, total life saver. We were in a tough spot with 2 cracks in our foundation. He came to our home to give us a quote, way quicker than any of the other companies we had contacted (one company was booking 4 weeks for a quote, who knows how long for repair). He had us fixed up within 2 weeks of quoting, squeezed us in around his other projects, and let us know right away when he had to bump us back a couple hours for an emergency flood he had to go attend to. A great deal of research on sump pump mechanics and phone calls to installers were made to find myself a sump pump replacement. I chose wise cracks because their product was the only one that met all my requirements.

But what truly impressed me was the high level of service received. The owner, Marc, went well above and beyond what was expected. He did not just meticulously install a quality sump pump which was all I required. He cleaned out the well of all fine debris and installed a one way flow device to a new pipe that further reduces the sump pump’s workload. This addition essentially extended the sump pump’s lifespan. Marc did this all at no extra cost. It was apparent he sincerely stands by his quality work. It is his livelihood after all and I am happy to support it. But I support it primarily because he simply deserves it.

Mark and his crew were excellent to deal with in fixing our foundation cracks in our basement. We had a flood due to sump pump failure, but discovered several seeping crack areas at the same time. In June 2019 I had my basement water leaks repaired by Accurate . I live in a 100 year old home that has had water issues for decades.
I called and had estimates from 3 different repair places from Edmonton. Before making my final decision on which one to use I ran across Mark's company on the internet.
Mark came out to my home. He explained what needed to be done and described how he would do the needed work. It was clear to me that Mark knew what he was talking about. The other companies had offered the same information.
Mark sent a quote a couple of days later that offered more ( covering the walls with a waterproof barrier) for less money.
I am very happy with the work that was done. Mark and his helpers installed weeping tile on the inside of the basement. The outside is covered by a deck. He installed a quiet running sump pump. Hardly any dust from the Jackhammer. They took out and brought everything in by bucket. Only took 2 days to complete.
Since the completion it has rained every day. Some days over an 1". No Water has come in.
I highly recommend these hard working people. Hope their business is successful.
