WINS is a great organization, and I like supporting them. Unfortunately this location is not as great as the other ones. The store is large and does have a big inventory, but the stuff is not nearly as nice as other locations. Some of the store is really well organized, like the books, dvds, and furniture. Other areas are not as well organized, like the housewares seem to just be shoved on the shelf, and kids clothes are not even sorted by size. They do offer great prices though, so if you are willing to do more hunting, you could definitely get some great deals. I will continue to support WINS, just not at this location.

I go to a lot of different thrift stores to try to find physical media like movies and music. This location seems to have the largest amount of those compared to all other WINS locations. Typically movies are a dollar with the occasional season or series or triple feature movie being $3 or so. But every once in awhile like this weekend there was a buy one get two free which essentially made each movie only $0.33

1st my bad experience i buy some items but main my items bed&fraim no match the fraim matrass uncomfortable fraim when i received at home little broken feet side. 😢😓 No returns policy 😭

A large thrift store that sells a wide variety of new and used products and clothing. Tuesday is seniors day with 30% off. The first Wednesday of the month is 50% off. I enjoy shopping here frequently!

Everyone be aware that this location has issues , you get different answers from every manager , terrible customer service most of the time , when a lady is trying to get help because they are down and outthe staff belittle them and I've seen this on many occasions like come on everything is donated to you guys and this is how you act , I have been going here for years and now it's time to leave the propper review

Some of the staff are great and always eager to help. In the past there have always been a few negative staff who ruined the experience for me by not helping at all or interrupting a transaction- rude by any standards. Hopefully the negative staff have been re- trained or removed because even a non-profit business is still a business and should treat respectful clients and customers with respect in return. I am also hoping the newest manager, who I have met makes the difference because it is a great cause. Women in Need, people in need.. speaks for itself. I have noticed a change in the staff for the better these past few months. And I shop there more often because of that.j

Horrible service. Manager is unreasonable, rude and disrespectful. Replace your manager and train your staff to smile and be available not hiding. Unpleasant
