Very disappointed in my visit to the "Urgent" Care Center. Called ahead and receptionist said I'd have to come in to see a doctor (No virtual appointments). Drove an hour in with back pain. Wasn't able to get to see the doctor for a Xray requisition. The Triage Nurse was very condescending. Suggesting alternate treatments. I reluctantly went to ER (as not wanting to burden the system more). I went to ER and the doctor took my pain seriously and I got an immediate CT.

Great experience. Clean, friendly
Last visit at a different clinic wasn't taken seriously.... waited well over a year for a call back. Nothing
Decided to try this clinic and felt so much relief. Came back in the evening for a virtual and had a referral.
Very happy we have this clinic in town

They say its urgent care and no appointments but I wasn't able to see a doctor because they are booked with appointments until the 11th but mine is urgent so I should go wait another 3 hours or more at the hospital. Staff is nice enough but this not run well and not truly urgent care if they can't see you for several days but you wait hours just to find that out. Save yourself time keep going to the hospital when its open
