I took my 89 years old mother to urgent care clinic due to a guot flare up, she awoke in the morning in great pain and can't walk at all. After weighing if I should wait hours at her family doctor's clinic, I took her to Lynch Street clinic for assessment (she visited this clinic many times for emergencies). This is the best urgent care clinic in Brampton. Traffic/wait time is normally reasonable, the professional care my mother received there is always outstanding and impressive. Even during COVID when she suffered a fall, and the place was seriously understaffed. This morning, we arrived at 7:30, She was received by triage staff and then seen by doctor in less than 30 mins. Assessment, imaging and testing were arranged, and doctor even ordered a geriatric nurse to do assessment on her rehab. This is totally out of an ordinary ER scope of services. I write this review to express my gratitude . A big "Thank you" to all the kind and attentive medical staffs who work tirelessly to keep us safe and in good care. It is a beautiful country and we have beautiful people.
