Good luck finding parking on the weekends. They increase your membership fees every couple years with nothing to show for it. They claim they’ll use it for xyz and nothing gets improved in the facility, treadmills are dirty, needing fixing on a weekly basis. The old men are creepy. This location has gone downhill in the last 10 years. They cheap out on everything from toilet paper to the old hair dryers in the change rooms. If you’re not a senior and you only use this place for the gym you’ll be paying over $80 a month, it’s pathetic

Excellent facility to promote our total wellbeing & health, providing variety of group fitness classes, updated strength machines, space for individual workouts, big swimming pool, qualified instructors, VIP-plus room, opportunity for socializing, friendly and welcoming staff. My husband’s second home🙏

Aquafit classes are great for both men and women; you can choose to do the exercises in either the shallow or deep end. No swimming skills needed. Lots of fun, aerobic exercises led by qualified instructors. Weight training is also involved.

We are coming to the end of our baby's swim lesson for Parent and Tot 1 (Splashers.) Adare is our instructor and we could not be happier with our experience. He is very knowledgeable, great with our baby, and makes the swim lesson fun! Already signed up for the next season with Adare. Highly recommend swim lessons with him!

I enjoy the workouts with Melinda and the social interactions with my aqua friends. The front desk staff is awesome! They are accommodating to different circumstances and so welcoming. They even know my name.

I’d would like to thank 🙏 the higher management @ YMCA in very promptly resolving my below mentioned situation that we’d been dealing with for over last 6 weeks.

Our situation — My son and wife have been YMCA members for the last 3 years at least. Be very careful at this YMCA, if you’re deciding to put your membership on hold (they will discourage you to put it hold rather than cancel it saying you’ll be charged $25 to rejoin). My wife put her membership on hold somewhere around Sept 2024. Sadly, we trusted them and didn’t monitor our VISA statements. YMCA kept on charging us for her membership. When we approached them in December about this and requested for a refund, we’re being very poorly treated by their staff and management. Apparently the ON HOLD email never came from YMCA. We’re now being asked to produce call records from Sept 2024 about this cancellation call - this is despite the fact that their staff confirmed to my wife that she hasn’t been to YMCA since Sept. Very disappointing that to get your own money back, a loyal YMCA member would be treated with such disdain. I’m hoping this honest review will help me get my refund somehow!!

Patrick Norris is an outstanding swimming instructor at William Lutsky YMCA! My son, Riyan, had the privilege of learning from him, and I couldn’t be happier with the progress he made. Patrick is patient, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about teaching. He creates a fun and supportive environment that builds confidence in young swimmers. Thanks to his dedication, Riyan has improved significantly and enjoys swimming more than ever. Highly recommend Patrick to anyone looking for an amazing instructor!

I feel relaxed and motivated to exercise in the Zumba classes after work because the music and the level of energy exhausted are well planed by instructors. I cannot wait for taking the next class.
