Terrible experience with the "manager" today. I used to love buying here and I always was a good customer, getting stuffs every weekend, making a lot of donations, and spending a lot of money in this store, me and my family. Today, I had a really bad attention from her because of the 25 dollars bag I forgot at home. I asked her a similar bag to organize the clothes. She told me, before to check my shopping. That it won't fit in the bag and instead to check that first, she gave me the smaller bag she found just to arge that she was right. I found it so ridiculous and annoying that I did decide not to buy anything. I felt really angry with all the donations I have made in that store. Never again and so bad the other lady is not there anymore. She was always so nice and respectful, nothing compared with this new manager. It is so bad and sad, for stupid things like that they lose good customers. I was a good customer.

The best thrift shop in the region. Store layout is easy to navigate. It’s clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful wether you are buying or donating. Got a 25% off coupon for my donation. This is the place to go if you have decent things to donate or need to get solid second hand goods.

I absolutely adore "What's in Store"! There's so many areas to search through to find that little treasure that's almost always waiting for you whenever you go shopping there. It's clean, well organized and you honestly wouldn't take it for a "thrift store" when you walk in. It feels more like a little high end boutique you'd find hidden away in Downtown Vancouver instead of Kitimat's best kept secret lol. I enjoy myself everytime I go there and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
A little BTW is they have a 50% off everything sale every 3rd Friday of the month! How fun is that?! 😃

I love shopping here, affordable prices, a large selection of clothing to cater to various styles, hidden gems, and such a welcoming lovely staff! Not to mention free books and board games on Saturdays, a generous gift to the community forsure. 🙂

Love this place it’s very awesome and friendly and clean place she even opened a new store in terrace bc hope to see her grow and branch out our way. I think they stopped free book day last trip we had to pay for books in terrace
