Le Wetaskiwin Heritage Museum est un trésor caché situé à Wetaskiwin C'est un endroit propre, spacieux et bien conçu avec toutes les expositions. Le personnel y est très gentil et patient avec toutes les questions. Il n'y a pas de file d'attente si vous visitez pendant la semaine, mais on ne sait pas comment afflux de visiteurs se fait le week-end. Les petits-enfants adorent explorer tous les outils et arcs anciens. Il vaut vraiment la peine d'y faire une halte si vous vous dirigiez vers Edmonton.

Such a beautiful gem of a place located in Wetaskiwin! Clean, spacious and neatly laid out with all of the exhibits. Staff are incredibly kind and patient with any questions. No wait in line if you visit during the week, can't say how busy this place gets on the weekend.

Grandkids absolutely love exploring all of the tools and bows from old. Truly worth a stop if you're ever driving to edmonton in the future.

The building is historic, clean facility and bathrooms, has a cute gift shop and knitting and crochet supplies. Indigenous content, farming and Canadian history. And when covid is over, there are actual play centres for kids to tactile learn! Staff was also super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Absolutely lovely place. Lots of history of the Wetaskiwin county and city. They also have the most wonderful selection of indigenous artists' works, a huge selection of beautiful scarves and shawls. There's also jewelry, including earrings and bracelets. There's a wonderful selection of wool for all the knitters and crocheters. They also have a lovely little coffee shop, a great place to stop for a cuppa.

We were there for a child's Birthday party! Yes a Birthday party. We supplied snacks, drinks and children, the museum staff did the rest!
They entertained the kids thoroughly they all had a fantastic time.
Other pluses, the museum is interesting, they have a great cafe.

This place is far bigger and better than I expected. We saw the commercial on TV and were in the neighborhood. Spent a couple of hours checking out the exhibits. A great place and very large collection of vehicles.

We had our daughters 9th birthday here and there wasn’t one kid that was ready to leave after 3 hours. We had kids of all ages, everyone had fun! The staff is amazing, so helpful and very friendly. The price was very fair. The kids made sock, teddy bears, played in the playrooms downstairs, did an escape room and had a story in the teepee. If you’re looking for a birthday party venue I highly recommend booking here. If you haven’t been here in awhile I’d also recommend popping in and seeing what has changed. Thank you guys for a wonderful afternoon!
