I have a place in Westerose. I wanted to support local I went and spent about two grand on building materials Give them my Co-op number Two weeks later, trying to go back to make the return They have an updated system and they can’t locate anything Stood there for 45 minutes while I tried to return $200 worth of unused products. When talking to the manager He basically said their hands are tied. I did not want my money back. I wanted a store credit to make another purchase which was 25% more to purchase there rather than going to Home Depot in Edmonton. But was willing to pay to support local Then the manager tried to tell me, he’s not trying to make up excuses and then he was just making up excuses…. when I told him all I’ve heard since I’ve arrived here is excuses… he told me to be quiet and let him finish…. Completely utterly unprofessional and rude!!! He did not add value to the situation!! I believe in supporting local And trying to support my community I don’t believe in supporting idiots. Co-op You just lost a customer. You need to give your employees the right tools to make things, efficient and convenient. I think the general manager needs to be removed as clearly he is not worth the money he’s being paid….

Disappointed with the decision by Co-Op to keep the member rewards for all members with less than $100 coming to them for 2023 year. I spend over $11,000 at Co-op Wetaskiwin last year and was told that my $75.00 member reward cheque was being kept by the company until I turned 70 years old. Would like to be able to support local but they are only interested in rewarding their big spenders. What a joke.

Been an ok place to get a few things. Until one day they put a cashier staff that's rude AF at the counter, Theres really no need to express so hard that she didn't want to be there with all the rolling eyes and attitudes, we only purchased 1 fittings and "wasted" 2 mins of her time to check us out.

Select/ train your staff more carefully maybe ? Kinda sick and tired to have to deal with C like that while we spend money at your overpriced products.

We were helped on multiple occasions specifically by Myles- he is incredibly smart when it comes to a variety of home Reno’s and graciously showed us all of our options. He quickly got us quotes and ordered things.

He and his co worker thoroughly explained how to best complete the task we are working on in our home. When we went to pick up it all took a bit longer than we expected and we ended up being 15 minutes past closing- he was so kind about it and even helped us load our vehicle.

Wonderful customer service and a wide variety of options- the tile we went with wasn’t in the wetaskiwin location but was ordered and came 2 days later.

Place is clean, pricing is okay but customer service is zero. that guy said he's manager , i say he is kid how trying to manage and don't know how to talk with customers. It's my last time Not going there after that.

Always good experience. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Most of time have what you need, this is due to small town stores usually can't compete with big city stores for stock. Best place to go for home construction project as wetaskiwin canadian tire is not.
