In 2018 Mark from Marden Construction served as the general contractor for our family’s master bathroom renovation. The work involved gutting the existing bathroom, removing the jacuzzi tub, relocating the shower and toilet, replacing a window, building and installing a vanity and shelving, and other related plumbing, electrical, tiling and painting.

Mark is an honest, fair, and skilled general contractor. Our family is very happy with our new bathroom and I have no hesitation in recommending Marden Construction.

Mark was great. Very professional, trustworthy, did great work. Our old house has lota of bumps and bruises and even with a lousy canvas, Mark was able to help us repair drywall and update our older spaces. He did so in a timely manner and we were very appreciative of his flexibility with our shift working schedule. We hope we will come back to complete another job in the future.

We had Marden Construction do a renovation on our Log House which was located in Southern Alberta. Mark was hands-on with the project and suggested many great ideas as he come across them as the project progressed. The end results we were extremely happy with and Mark took care of all the details and in the end, turned over the keys to us and we were WOWED by the results. I would recommend Marden Construction, along with Mark and his crew to take on any building or renovation project, and they will stand behind their word, and follow up with any details to satisfaction.

We hired Mark to do windows and doors on our older house. Mark encountered several unexpected obstacles during the process and found solutions without any discussions about extra time to complete the project. Trustworthy, fair and honest dealing with us. We had a renovation project at our site in Lethbridge. We also had a very tight turnaround timeline to get the project done. Duke, Frank, and KB from Wesbridge all assured us we would be able to make our deadline. Duke was onsite every day making sure the work was progressing and keeping me up to date on the status of the construction. Anytime we had any questions or changes, the whole team was more than accommodating and in the end, we finished ahead of schedule, and the quality of work is some of the best I've ever seen. They will definitely be our first choice when we have future needs!
