I know walk in clinics can vary drastically based on when you go and who you see, so I don't often review them. That's said, I had an amazing visit today. The staff at the desk were busy but respectful and kind, and the doctor I saw patiently listened to my issue, made sure to explain possible causes, and didn't dismiss any concerns I had. He was compassionate and informative, if more doctors were like him I think the world would be a much nicer place.

I don't know why the reviews are so low. This clinic was amazing from start to finish. I called ahead desperate to find a clinic that would take my daughter in and they were so accommodating in trying to speed up the wait time for her. The receptionist even put a kid show on in the waiting room tv to cheer my little one up. If I could give 10 stars to Angelina at the front desk alone, I would!

Had a disappointing experience at this clinic.

1️⃣ Went in for a blood test to check my vitamins, sugar levels, and cholesterol. Got the tests done at LifeLabs the same day, but the clinic took a month to call me back. The doctor simply said, "Your blood looks great," which I had already seen online. Not sure why it took so long just to confirm the results.

2️⃣ Visited for a black spot under my tongue and throat pain. The doctor didn’t check my tongue and said he would refer me to an ENT specialist. It’s been over a month, and I still haven’t received a call for the referral. No medication was prescribed either.

Would be much better if they actually examined patients properly and provided timely care. Not recommended.

Arrived early this morning to beat the potential line up. We got in and after filling out the paperwork were told my daughter would not be seen by the doctor because she is under 18. When I asked why they said the Doctor is a specialist. Absolutely insane!!!! Took my daughter to Curex Walk in Clinic on Kings Street and was in and out in 20 mins.

Went here because I was very unwell (extremely swollen lymph nodes, fever, sore throat, ex) the doctor saw me for about 2 minutes and only looked down my throat, said I have strep, prescribed me antibiotics for 10 days and said I’ll be able to go back to work in 48hrs. After 6 days on the antibiotics I was no better, if anything worse. I went to the hospital where they told me I actually have mono. The antibiotics were making me worse and this doctor was NOT thorough enough to find the problem. Maybe next time actually listen to all of your patients symptoms instead of cutting me off, looking down my throat and prescribing some pills that didn’t work

Terrible experience and unprofessional experience with Doctor Mall. Apparently, he was in a bad mood and took his anger on me. He hardly listen to what I said and didnt ask any questions about the symptoms, I asked him to check a small bump in my skin and he was annoyed because I asked him to check. All the appointment took hardly few seconds while I was waiting for him in the room for more than 20 minutes. While I had very bad pain the doctor visit didnt help rather left an unpleasant experience and I do not advise to visit the clinic.

Do these doctors actually diagnose or just push prescriptions? (Rhetorical btw) I came here and the doctor told me to just go home and rest. But, not before the doctor gave me a prescription and didn’t even bother to ask if I had any allergies so then when I went to get the prescription I wasnt able to because they informed me it had something I was allergic to. So I had to wait over 30 mins for the clinic to fax another prescription. I then went to the hospital and they told me I had influenza. Very disappointed in this walk in clinic.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I went there for the immunization. After 2 hours waiting, they told me they didn’t have that and asked me to come back again. Are you kidding me? Shouldn’t you have told me in the beginning that you didn’t have that vaccine? Do you think waiting 2 hours for nothing was okay for the patients? Doctors and front desk ladies, please respect your patients and do your job properly!!!!!!
