Technician was quick and kind. Appointment was on time and easily booked.
Unfortunately the clinic itself is very dirty (dirty door and walls in bathroom, dirty walls in exam room, crinkled paper signage). Laying and waiting for my ultrasound allowed me to view some gross smears on the wall right near my face.
Please spend some time cleaning the grime.

A week ago, I had my ultrasound appointment to examine my baby in detail, including all organs and body parts. However, my baby didn’t want to move, which made the process a bit challenging.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to Miss May, who was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. She gave me helpful suggestions on what to do and eat to encourage the baby to change positions. She patiently waited with me for nearly an hour, always maintaining a positive and understanding attitude.

She also made sure I was comfortable at all times, which made the whole experience much easier and more special. I’m truly thankful for her compassionate care and dedication.

I was at this location in June 2025. The front staff were friendly. They seemed to be short staffed as the phone was difficult to get through to make appointment. The voicemail was also full. However, once I got through, appointments were the same day or the next day with many time slots to choose from. My u/s tech was pleasant & completed my exam quickly. I recommend going to this location if you need ANY diagnostic testing. It’s a high traffic office as patients are in & out quickly . I couldn’t believe how many exam rooms ie. u/s, X-ray, specialty rooms were in the back! Special Note: additional parking in behind the building. At first glance there are only about 5-6 spots on the King St. area of building, out front that is shared with the attached pharmacy. Why wait for days or weeks to get your test done!! I would be going back if needed in future.

Had a great experience during my anatomy scan with Sazia. She was kind, professional, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. She explained everything clearly and took her time to ensure we got the best images. Truly appreciate her calm and caring approach!

I went back for my last Ultra sound and the technician, Shazia was gentle and kind. I like the receptionist in the morning when I visited she always smiles, welcomes and patiently deal with my request.

Compare to my last visit, this time WNR was so much better with two different people I encountered today.

I had a horrible experience during my 30-week pregnancy ultrasound. The technician was rough and rushed.

She pressed the ultrasound device too hard and moved it quickly, which was uncomfortable. I was wearing a long dress and asked for a paper cover-up—she gave me one, but later she uncovered it to used the same paper to wipe the gel, which felt very uncomfortable and it uncovered my underwear which I wanted to cover from the first place.

I had a great experience at this ultrasound centre. Even though I arrived late for my appointment, the staff was incredibly understanding. A special thanks to Shaista, who did my ultrasound, she was very polite, patient and professional throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate her calm and kind approach. Highly recommend this centre for their excellent service and caring staff!
