I just had a great experience doing a return at Walmart. No one likes doing returns and to be honest often times at my local Walmart I am made to feel bad for doing returns or I get interrogated with so many questions to make sure they will actually give me my money back. Today I was greeted very pleasantly by Marisa and she just got right to doing the return. I had a receipt for the first item and it was done no problem. The next items had tags on them but I didn’t have the receipt. She tried scanning them in and the items don’t come up in Walmarts system anymore for some reason which is what I had experienced at my local Walmart I had purchased them from. Instead of saying there is nothing we can do about it like I was told at my local Walmart she got the store number for my local store, the last digits of the card and used dates I had in my bank statement for Walmart trips to attempt to look up the bill. I was shocked, this is real customer service!! Above and beyond service and to be honest I don’t get that at most Walmarts I go to. I stopped her from doing all the searching because for a couple children’s clothing items it wasn’t worth her time so I just donated them at the Goodwill next door. The fact that she took the extra steps and was willing to go the extra mile to help me out with a big smile on her face made my day!! Thank you Marisa!!

This is a nice large Walmart that offers a large selection of items but also has a walk-in clinic attached. The cosmetics area is one of the largest ones I have seen in Walmart. Overall, the store is clean, well-stocked, and not crowded.

Very large Walmart that has pretty much everything. Parking can be a bit tight given how busy it is but getting in and out of the area is not bad.

Every time I come here there are very few, usually no baskets to be found ... It would be nice if someone were on to top of that to ensure a better customer experience. And please stay open later. 10 pm is ridiculous in this day and age.
