The best experience I've had at any dealership I've visited. Initially walked into this dealership with no intentions to buy as we all understand it is quite expensive! However, after speaking to Joseph and test driving the XC90 Recharge, we were all the sudden on the fence. With some further conversation, we signed and was welcomed to the Volvo family for the first time!

The value of what their vehicle brings is a lot more than people would even think! Their hybrid system sold us as it's been the best we've heard and read on to its competitors whom we have visited prior to this.

Joseph was kind, patient, and would go above and beyond to make his clients happy. He never over promises, but he keeps all of the ones he does. This is a real salesman. He doesn't BS and anything he says that's too good to be true, we went home and fact checked. The fact that many of their staff are Volvo drivers themselves, it helps us have that personal experience through their stories.

We are in day two of having our first Volvo, first Hybrid and first luxury vehicle, not sure how we can ever go back to anything else!

I want to send a special shout out to the Lakeridge team, they've all been so welcoming and great! Jen, Joseph, Elihu, Nicole and everyone that had helped us during our discovery, purchase and buy journey!

I am a meticulous client and having said that, this dealership exceeded my expectations. We were able to reach a deal and get into the vehicle we wanted. The experience was great, with a focus on the client (Me) and everything I asked to have done was completed without issue and the staff and Paulina were more than happy to get my requests done and in a timely manner. .

The dealership is exceptionally clean, and yes, the bathroom as well (important to me says a lot about a business), as well, drink options and comfortable seating. It is very bright with lots of natural light which makes you feel nice and able to really see the display vehicles in the show room. Outside was just as clean as inside with no garbage or butts laying around. All staff I encountered were polite and helpful and were met with a smile and nice attitude.

The pickup experience was awesome! The vehicle was kept inside until I picked up the vehicle, so it remained detailed. A big thanks to an excellent detail job!! There was a bow on the vehicle upon pick up which added a nice distinctive touch to the whole experience. Thanks to Nicole for showing me a few extra tips about the vehicle, and I am thankful for this.

In conclusion, if class, proper sales attitude, and a stellar experience is your thing, then this is the dealership without question. I can't speak on the service side of dealership, as I haven't had to. Our vehicle is a 2023 C 40 ultimate trim level electric compact SUV. I'd highly recommend dealing with Paulina (sales agent) when looking to speak with sales! She makes sure you're looked after.

Living in Markham, my closest Volvo dealership is Volvo Cars Unionville. Initially, I called them with a simple request, simply just to reset the 12V service light after I replacing my car's batteries after the entire winter sitting in the garage. Unfortunately, my experience with them was disappointing. They insisted I purchase a full service package before they would reset the light, despite me explaining that a full service had already been completed recently. I felt unwelcome, and it was clear that customer care was not a priority — only the transaction mattered to them.

Rather than proceed with Unionville, I decided to drive a bit further to Volvo Cars Lakeridge — and I’m glad I did. The experience was completely different. The service advisor, Cassie, was professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful. They reset the light for me without any pressure to purchase additional services — and they didn't even charge me for it.

Although they didn’t make money off me today, they absolutely earned my loyalty for the future. I highly recommend Volvo Cars Lakeridge for anyone looking for honest, customer-first service. Make sure ask for Cassie, she is the best!

Our first experience at the Volvo Cars Dealership and it was fantastic and very satisfying. We went in to checkout the Volvo CPO car in-person for the very first time. Kevin and Brandon were very welcoming, helpful, professional and friendly at the same time. Kevin walked us through all the options available, compared and showed us the best options and test drove the car. He has been like a quick support anytime I reached out to him.
