I happened to arrive on a Friday, unaware they are closed on Fridays, the door was open and I walked in , I was greeted kindly and informed they were not open , but how could they help, Now this is extremely important for people to hear I have severe PTSD and several other mental health issues which make my life very difficult in dealing with social interaction, I started to try and explain my situation and began flight/fight Rita i believe is her name(she does the income tax)extended extreme compassion and understanding and began to assist and help completely proactive ,, i will be going back to have my taxes done in March and i was also put in touch with another agency for more support

The lady with long hairs and glass on is extremely unfriendly to me and my wife, and inpatient as well. She was not listening to me at all. I have visited great volunteer services lots of times in other cities. This one is by far the worst of all. I’d really appreciate their effort on helping people out. But if you want to be a volunteer, you’d better be a good one!
