While Vitals does good things for people who need it, the people who work for Vitals are extremely ignorant. Today I just got home to over 12 vehicles on the road for the house next door... which has just 2 clients. I have lived here for 13 years, and in the year since Vitals moved in next door, the neighborhood has become a gong show.

Update...
5 years later and it continues. Employees honking horns at 1:30am, dumping yard waste on my bushes, flood lights on all night...I have 2 sets of blackout curtains on each window, but it still gets in. Both front and back lights on 24/7.....it's like daylight outside at 2am.

I have requested a meeting with the executive director, who just ignores the request...5 times now, as she refuses to believe her employees are a problem. They view our neighborhood as a workplace, nothing else. They seem to forget that people live here. Instead, she just ignores the request.

They have labelled me as the problem neighbor at Golab house......because I stand up against them for MY rights as a resident. The real problem is the employees.

Also T( resident at the Golab house) is so dangerous, the employees are afraid of him. He missed impailing me with a six foot metal pole by inches, as the employees couldn't/ wouldn't stop him from chucking stuff over the fence. Hardly a good situation, having a dangerous tenant that the employees can't control a few hundred meters away from an elementary school. Recipe for disaster.

Humiliating Agency Reputation. The "Office" control all Clients, and their personal connections. I've witnessed the office manipulate/lie to employees, clients, and personal connections. The office struggles to keep employees, and is constantly hiring unexperienced staff.
It's Heartbreaking to see all Clients involved with them suffer, due to their poor reputation, and lack of education.

Horrible office staff. Unfriendly, rude, belittling and only interested in gossiping. Made me feel unwelcome, and unheard. Never again will I set foot in that door!!
