Today, I received a parking ticket while visiting a patient in the Casa Del Zotto building at 3010 Dufferin St. I am a visiting community care nurse working through a pandemic and am stressed out to the max. We are proving nursing care and services to patients at home to keep them safe, comfortable and out of hospitals. I had clear signage in my dashboard of my car. Just despicable this Presice ParkLinc company secured by Villa Charities to patrol their parking lot would do this. When I called Villa Charities not only was the person unsympathetic he advised me to call the parking company as it has nothing to do with them? Lol. Sure. Thanks so much for your kind treatment and appreciation of front line workers. Bet if I worked in a hospital I would get way more respect.

Shame on you for how you treat the residents. You neglect them, you’re abusive towards them and when the families call you out in it you have no remorse. Take better care of the citizens that
