I had an amazing experience delivering my baby at the Viking hospital. The nurses went above and beyond to care for both my baby and me, making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. They were not only professional but also genuinely kind and attentive, taking an interest in our health and well-being. My doctor was also fantastic—thorough, compassionate, and made me feel completely at ease throughout my stay. I’m so grateful for the excellent care we received.

My elderly mother had day surgery today and was treated with kindness and gentleness. She was very nervous and the staff in OR and RR really went out of their way to chat with her, bring her warm blankets and keep her calm. Thank you to all the staff that helped us today! Small town friendliness at its finest!

It would be an exceptional hospital if Dr. Hagen wasn't one of the doctors on staff. She is a terrible physician, even so much that the medical clinic removed their business from google because of the overwhelmingly negative reviews because of this gargoyle of a person.

Great hospital. Have had multiple surgeries, babies, and procedures here for decades, and the care is top notch. Nursing staff are excellent and empathetic, Dr's are also fantastic and really care about their patients.

Like someone else stated… wish I could give this place 6 stars!
Had surgery here and ALL of the staff… from Dr.Badawi, Dr Potgieter, to the recovery room team and all of the nurses who attended to me during my 24 stay were beyond amazing! So caring and compassionate.

I had my surgery in this hospital Best hospitality I got from the nurses & doctors. Dr. Potgieter, dr. Badwai, nurse Jody, Amy & other nurses sorry I forgot their names but you all are amazing & perfect in your work. Thank you for your help I really appreciate. Good luck guys 👍👍

Had an appointment at 11 waited till 12 to ask if i was going to be seen soon and the nurse at the desk was rude and disrespectful towarsds me. Also had every patient with covid sitting in the middle of the waiting room not off to side to keep them some what sepperated. This was january 2021 so they should've had everything figured out for covid after a year but it atill seems like they're figuring out what to do properly. Also im left with nerve damage in my bottom lip and have a hole in my mouth from them not closing it up properly and i got an infection behind a healed cut after a month and a bit from the botched work they did on me.

Sat and waited over 3 hours for a doctor because he was too busy at the clinic, this was after the clinic turned us away because we did not have an appointment, ended up waiting over four hours for the doctor , took10 minutes to diagnose the problem
