This center is a disgrace to the idea of supervised visitation. It enforces brutality disguised as policy, promotes alienation, and treats visiting parents as criminals without cause. There is no fairness, and no accountability. They treat every parent as guilty, dangerous, and unworthy of even basic respect.

The coordinator, is one of the worst. Rude and power-drunk, she enforces her interpretation of policies with no legal basis. If you question anything you risk being cut off entirely. Each supervisor who comes in seems to have their own variation of policies, which creates inconsistency. All of the supervisors are particularly rude their interactions, extremely erratic and behave as though they own the visiting parent. None of them even carry basic courtesy for a decent communication and are puffed in arrogance.

This place is not neutral. It’s a weapon used by one parent to control and humiliate the other in support of legal system. It fosters alienation, breaks parent-child bonds, and hides behind procedure to excuse its failures. They pass messages freely from the custodial parent to the visiting one, with no hesitation when policies do-not allow them to do so. They brief the other parent about every visit in detail before and after the visit is done.

They often present themselves as helpful when visits end, offering to assist the child with gathering their belongings. However, their actual focus appears to be maintaining control through exit checks conducted with unnecessary scrutiny. They closely monitor what the child leaves with, even when there’s nothing questionable involved. When they offer to carry the child’s belongings, they open the bags during the walk and inspect the contents.

Worst of all, they disguise control as support. What they call “help” is just another way to impose authority. Their policies are not about safety they are about power.

Offers Newcomer and Youth programming, and has a Social Worker on-site. Manages a provincial Supervised Parenting program. Community Pantry and Fridge located outside the front door. Beautiful Urban Farm with chickens!

This place is a joke. I'm happy to see u loosing ur donations. This place needs to be shutdown. Or needs new management. I'd one needs supervised visits this is not the place to go. Moldy crusty old building. An ur not aloud on ur phone. But the 2 girls watching u be on there phone laughing. Took me 8 mouths get a vieth house order see my son. Go there an he sees the TV an video game so he wants play video games. Wow. I was raised not playing video games so wasn't that happy. But times are not the same an when it was time to go never even got to say goodbye. Told the. Didn't like the visit. The girl canceled rest my appointments to see my kid after 8 months now I gotta weight to go back too court. Lots of people have issues seeing there kids here I'm not the only one. Try finding another location too see ur kids people.
