VegTO is the new name for the Toronto Vegetarian association, an organization that started in 1945! I have been to almost 30 of their vegfests and interacted/collaborated with the org on many occasions. It’s a fantastic organization to support and whose events to participate with. Especially go to their annual Vegfest!

Very knowledgeable, welcoming and inclusive organization. They run great events throughout the year. Their resource center is also good. Note though that resource center is not barrier free and there is a staircase up to the 2nd floor required for entry.

This is a wonderful organization that promotes a plant-based / vegan / vegetarian lifestyle and its run by an amazing group of people. Definitely check them out if you're thinking of transitioning to a more compassionate lifestyle!

I have some PKM1 strain of Moringa Oleifera, which is 100% vegan. If interested please see my fb page King Moringa - canada, Google Moringa benefits and see why this is the worlds best food. It's been used both as food and medicinally for two thousand years! ...and I have the best of the best. It Costs far less than a dollar per day too! Please check into it.

Friendly people and faces to help inform or guide anyone with simple questions from where to eat in the city to how to support people on their veg journeys.

Also have a membership card which is $25 and gets you discounts at stores and restaurants.
