Updated June 28th 2025, vaught a 2nd bike from valley Yamaha a ttr125le for my daughter,, they are much better then shorecyole,,,Can't complain any, simple and quick and to the point and nice about it everything you would expect from a GOOD dealership. Shorecyole would not even give me a credit check with I did not agree to buy, but Valley Yamaha - Suzuki did no problem, then told me I had platinum credit, I almost fell over, and I baught what I wanted right then and there on the phone. Cant get much better then that,,, shorecyole has horrible customer service. Cant even do a simple credit check to tell somkne what ther interest rate will be. Valley Yamaha - Suzuki dose it right and will treat u right like any customer should be.

Had my MT 07's 1st service done here today. This being my first vehicle in Canada, I had a lot of questions/querries. The owner was cooperative, and reasonable with prices and I am happy with the work considering i was getting all OEM yamaha consumables. The owner might sound direct and this should not be confused with him being rude. Ill definitely come back even though it's a bit of a ride.

Absolutely awesome to deal with. Kirk was honest, his quotes were bang on and I was offered an excellent price for a trade in on my race bike. Not to mention Kirk also sweetened the deal by offering to include a couple things at a discounted price.

I don’t know what the reason is for all of the other reviews. If your intent is to be arrogant, waste everyone’s time and order parts you didn’t research or intend to pick up, do everyone a favour and take your bad business to shore cycle.

Good advice from good people. Recently picked up a used Yamaha MX for my son and had the crew there give it a thorough going over. They found us some aftermarket parts to keep the repair in my price point. Having never owned a dirt bike myself they also walked us through some do's & don'ts.

***Update***
It's now 2025 and I have bought two more machines from Kirk and Madison, a WR250R and an Rmax4 SXS. Experience was just as positive as the first. Great family owned and operated business.
