Something was wrong with my car. I told them what I thought it was based off previous issues. I wasn’t even close! They showed me what it was and only charged me for their time (30 minutes). They could have fleeced me as I know nothing about cars, but they chose to be honest and that’s why I’ll be back. The mechanic - Christian - felt something looked off, but wasn’t sure what it was. He was spot on and the problem was found and addressed. Professional. Kind. Funny. I’ll be back.

Great, honest service! We were booked in for $1200 worth of valve seal repairs, but they suggested an engine shampoo and subsequent check-in to ensure work was needed. Fast forward one month and still no leaks or need for further work.

Posted under my wrong account. Oh well - I’ll continue the story - the entire staff were kind and professional. I was shown what was wrong and given sound advice. The mechanic found something that didn’t look right to him and he was bang on. Now I have to look into my files and found who made the mistake that Christian found. Service was great and I will be back.

$75 after putting in your damn OBD into my car?! And $1800 for replacing a windshield motor? And you don't want us to get the parts because we found it cheaper, and you can leach onto that FCP return policy? Thank you, but no thanks, scammers.

This shop rescued us last week half hour before close on a Friday. We rolled in with our Jetta turbo diesel wagon. The turbo had disconnected. They rolled it into the shop and quickly diagnosed and reattached the part. Sent us up to mount washington with a great running car. Thank you, Brandon and Chelsea.

Deleted my previous review and i am updating with this. My car is now running smoothly after replacing some old broken parts. Kyle was very informative and easy to deal with. We went over a few things that my car needs in the future and i am coming back to get them done there. Overall happy with the service. Would recommend.

Wow, what a knowledgeable, and honest team here. They truly care for your vehicle and want to make sure it's well taken care of. I have never brought my BMW anywhere other than to a BMW dealership for servicing, but now that I've found these guys, I know where my BMW will be going in future. My impression is they are very trustworthy people. I'm truly impressed with these guys.
