Does not know how to keep a phone appointment. No notification no nothing. Extremely pissed off as I'm currently homeless and this is something I need done to be placed on housing. Appointment was at 1pm it is currently 1:41pm as of writing this review. I have constantly called but it is all automated Extremely difficult to find the person you are looking for.
