Super bonne bouffe et en plus c'est GRATUIT ! J'ai déjà mangé dans des restaurant dispendieux ou la bouffe était beaucoup moins bonne.... Il y a beaucoup de gens, alors arriver tôt... Vous ne pouvez pas rentré avec votre chien, mais le staff est gentils, si vous leur demander ils vont soit surveiller votre chien ou ils vont vous apporter un plat a l'extérieur. NE LAISSE PAS VOTRE CHIEN SANS SURVEILLANCE OU A QUELQUN QUI N'EST PAS IDENTIFIÉ DU STAFF... Il y a beaucoup de gens mal honnête dans le eastside...

I was in contact with one of the Outreach Support workers, Amanda, and she was amazing. She gave me so much information regarding my quest. She seems very kind and helpful and great interaction was maintained, which is ideal for her job. Your kindness is priceless, you may have helped hundredths of innocent people who are looking for help like me but are not able to express their gratitude, So this review is a token of "Thank you" for you and all others who are working towards the same mission.

On Mass change in the past year, mail out after mail out of what looks like an invoice you have agreed to pay!. I no longer donate monthly I have asked several times to stop sending mail outs .
Mail outs are going to my 95 year old auntie , with these “invoices” I again asked UGM to stop. They just ignore and keep sending. This is a senior harassment and this charity should be under review ASAP!!

I just found out that they turn people away to minimize their work yet they beg people and constantly go on TVs to make themselves look legitimate to get free donations.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THROWING YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE.

There were 20 people waiting to go inside and this is a 4 storey buildings that has more than 20 beds.

DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY DONATION. I checked it myself 3 nights in a row and they only allow upto 15 people inside.
One way to scam people who are giving them free money.

Great state of the art facility that helps countless people day and night in the downtown-eastside. Highly equipped with a sophisticated Christian recovery model and classes that cause the addicted to dig deep.

The contrast of the recovering smack dab down Hastings street provides the perfect backdrop and reminder of where subsequent relapses will lead.

I used to go here last year . Then my worker quit and now every time I call for help as I'm out of food and in poor health I get treated badly . I was going here and so grateful for the much needed help and now I find the staff to be extremely judgemental rude and unwilling to help.
I'd rather starve than be treated this bad. Don't go here as they are only helping certain people and discriminate
