I see a bunch of negative reviews on here, and for the life of me I don't understand why. The receptionists have always been extremely pleasant and willing to work me into their schedule. Same for the Dr. I love that they are still taking new patients plenty of parking and never had to wait to get in. 5 stars all day long from me.

Been waiting over an hour for the appointment, no warning that they were behind when we arrived and checked in, still no warning an hour into waiting that they are still very behind they didn't offer any info or even an apology until I went and inquired if we were going to be able to get in today for our appointment.
It's hard enough to get my mother to agree to attend appointments as a patient dealing with stage 3 cancer, don't know how I'll be able to convince her to come back in for the medical form she needs filled out that they couldn't have done on the same day she is already coming here.

First appointment with the doctor here, and he prescribed the medication I had been taking for 4 years now. Just today, my second appointment with him, he refuses to prescribe the medication because he "did not have a valid assessment of my condition". Says I need an assessment first - and it could take up to a year to receive one. Ridiculous. If somebody has a medication they need to prevent dysfunction in their daily life, they shouldn't be refused it. The doctor in question starts with an M - if you are offered to see this doctor, just refuse - they are not there to help you.

Would not go back to this place if I was dying. The doctor was very disrespectful and wouldn't even speak to me until she complained because I wanted her to look at my psoriasis. I mean she would have had time if she didn't spend the time playing on the computer. Talking to her was like trying to talk to a 16 yr old girl. Except the 16 yr old would actually acknowledge you. That was just the Dr. The nurse yelled at my autistic son. I wanted to give no stars....but I needed to vent.

I had a wonderful experience. My first time there, and I've gained a new family doctor (as mine retired), and she's actually interested in my history. I'm only giving a 4 star because it was only a consult appointment, but I'm looking forward to seeing this new dr.

Doesnt renew medicine the doctors unless you see them. Their priority is money.

I have no idea how this place could have a 5 star rating. Upon arrival I discovered that they no longer take walk in patients. I was then lectured by reception for not having a family doctor. I was then told that no doctor in this clinic would be willing to fulfill my needs. I will have to travel to another community to seek medical care. I am disgusted with the lack of professionalism displayed by the staff member, I feel completely disrespected. I would not recommend this business for any reason.

This clinic is very professional. I really like the Dr that I am seeing there. She actually went through my chart and set up follow up appointments for me. 👏
