Me and my wife went over to renew both our car registrations. We were in and out before we knew it. Didn’t really took long to wait. Thanks for the very good customer service provided by Jennyline. It’s our second year in a row being helped by her. And she’s really good at her job!

The staff were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The lines moved quickly, and the facilities were clean and well-organized.

I was in and out with my new license in under 30 minutes. The staff even offered to take my photo again when I wasn't happy with the first one.

How they don't have a worse rating is surprising. I havn't heard anyone having a good thing to say. I have never had a half decent experience in the 5 years of living here. They are always so unnecessarily rude.
I'd like to think that maybe they had a bad day and I'm unfortunately feeling the rath but I have even visited in the morning & got bad attitude right off the start.
My husband hasn't received any good service either but I'll let him write his own review to emphasize how terrible it is.
My last visit was to renew my driver's license. The first words directed to me were 'what can I do for you?' with no pleasant tone, given the vibes I'm burdening the lady right away.
"I'd like to renew my license please."
She took my papers and said "I need your medical." I explained I forgot that was a thing to renew for the class 2 license but I don't require it. I got so much 'how dare you' attitude, I couldn't wait to get out of there.
She walked away and I saw it was over to the area to get the picture taken. I just assumed to head that way myself after putting all my documents away.
She pointed to the chair, I assumed to take a seat. The split second I looked up she snapped the photo ... with zero warning. She pointed to the writing pad. I said " I write my signature here?" "yup."
I bent over and looked at the screen and saw my picture. "Oh my gosh that's horrible." I said. That was the first time I saw anyone that works at the registries smile!!!!
When I got home and explained it to my husband he said we're totally able to ask for a new photo. I wish I would have known that. But how dare I assume that when hearing a customer say that's horrible, would they just simply offer a new picture.

A special shoutout to the Filipina staff who assisted me—she was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and professional throughout the entire process. Her warm demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond to address my concerns made my visit stress-free and pleasant. Excellent customer service like hers deserves to be recognized! We just got in this morning at 8:40, to have Alberta liscence for me and my wife and plate for the vehicle. As soon as we get in, an lady with no manners or smile ask us what we want. My wife politly let her know the reason of our comming. Her answer was to give us a piece a paper with requisites. Their website is not so clear about what we need, and the piece of paper is a little bit abstract. You are providing a customer service, but they seem to act like they are entitled to this bad altitude. I was here 3 years ago, moved outside province and come back, and its the same horible service from the same people. Things dont change, its only getting worst. Try to avoid their rudeness by going somewhere else if you can, it the best recomendation i can give.
