We recently had the siding on our house completed by Top Tier Builders, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
Ken was genuinely invested in making sure we were happy with every detail of the project. His knowledge and attention to detail were obvious from day one, and his pride in his work shines through in the final result.
Ken and his crew operated efficiently and respectfully. It's clear that he holds himself and his team to very high standards—and it shows. Our house looks absolutely incredible.

Ken is one of the most hardworking, genuine people we have met. He has done two major renovation projects for us over the last three years. He truly cares about his work and the final product. His pricing is fair, and he always has a workaround for any challenges that come up along the way. I would highly recommend Ken to anyone who is looking for a builder. I cannot say enough about Ken, he the most trustworthy and hardworking guy. He also is an amazing family man, and spends a lot of time in the community coaching kids in hockey and baseball.
We have had several jobs done, in our home, and our business and he has been on time, on budget, and quality work. I know I can call Ken any time (and I have) when I have had a few emergencies and he comes with a smile. I appreciate him so much. I recommend 100% and you will never regret making the call to Ken. Ken and his crew saved the day for us when the city required an existing pavilion to be picked up and moved to new footings that had to be engineered. It all had to be done and inspected before we could continue with our larger project. It was a very unique problem but Ken with his creativity and vast experience was able to get it done in record time. He handled everything. The communication with the engineering company and the City while always keeping us in the loop. He was professional in every way and always showed up when he said he would. We highly recommend his company

Ken at Top Tier Builders came out to quote a fix from a previous builder that had gone wrong and he suggested a completely different approach than what I had in mind that was much easier and less expensive. He made sure that our project was completed quickly and followed through with all of the details. Great communication and really well priced for the service and attention to detail we received on what would be considered a smaller project. I will definitely use Top Tier for future projects and highly recommend them!
