I reached out to Top Island Construction regarding my shed, within two days they were able to take a look at it and gave me honest feedback that it wasn’t worth saving and for cost saving- it would be best to get a Costco plastic shed. Alan replaced the wood siding on 2 sides of my west coast house, including repairing structural issues from water leaks. Alan provided clear estimates for each side project, communicated days of work (re weather challenges at the time), and improved all the possible water pooling points.
