I recommend this pharmacy for the professional kind service from the Pharmacist. She always will make time for questions. Her smile welcomes, and gives you a feeling of trust. The other staff are also great. I live between Tofield and Camrose, but so much prefer Ogoo as my pharmacist .

I have been a customer of this pharmacy since 2020. I have previously had such amazing experiences and been treated well, until the current Pharmacist Odo started working there. She is very rude, denied giving me pills once which resulted in me going to the ER to get medication, and also gave me a very hard time when I got my husband to drop off my prescription for pain medication after having surgery on my internal organs. I had to basically prove to her over the phone that I deserved to have my prescription filled and that the doctor prescribed my meds for a reason. She blamed me instead of taking responsibility for her actions. I had informed my husband that I no longer want to fill prescriptions at this pharmacy before he picked up my pills today. When he picked up my pills today, she told him to tell me to find another pharmacy to fill my meds at. This pharmacist will not take responsibility for her actions or apologize to you if she has wronged you in any way. Save yourself the headache and go to a different pharmacy.

New pharmacist is rude, confrontational and arrogant. She feels it's her job to make sure you are seeing a Dr, whether you need to or not. I've been going here for the past 14 months with no issues until last month. I'll go elsewhere, now.

Pharmacist and most ( not all) of the pharmacy staff are really rude, they don't take privacy ( or customer service apprently) into account at all anymore... I've always had great service here until this year

I ordered a hello fresh box with perishable food in it. I was expecting it to come to my door step as it usually does. I got a text from the pharmacy saying I had a package to pick up so I assumed it was just an Amazon package or something and I was busy so I didn’t go pick it up. At 5:50 pm ten minutes before close the pharmacy calls and tells me I have a perishable package waiting for pick up and that they close in ten min which was an impossible time period for me to get there to pick it up before they closed. What is the point of calling me to tell me I have a perishable package ten min before close giving me zero time to pick it up anyway? Very upset over this and I’m going to pay to have a mail box in the city for the sole reason of not wanting to deal with this store ever again.

Personable, friendly, helpful staff.
This location is the pick up location for Purolater (they don’t deliver to our rural address). I get a text from Purolator when they drop the package and then I get a text from the storeonce they have processed it for pick up. Since I live 30 kms away I appreciate their text. I also appreciate that they recognize me when I come in. They also know how helpful it is for me to pick up my neighbors packages and for my neighbors to pick up mine when they are in town.

Pharmacist is rude and she asks questions that are none of her business and irrelevant to the purchase we wanted to make . Went to guardian where pharmacists are much more professional and polite. Stay away from here.

Rey is very detailed orintated, very customer friendly. If he does not have a certain medication in stock, he will get it in. Very knowledgeable on what is available on the market, especially if something has gone generic that wasn't before. Just an all around great experience.
