Nursing staff were great! Very attentive and showed genuine compassion. The doctor however, Dr.Jallad, very dismissive, abrupt and completely lacking of bedside manner. It’s my opinion that if a doctor wants to treat specific issues and types of patients, don’t work in a small town hospital. People in the area have limited choices for medical care and deserve to be treated as human beings not as an annoyance.

Front staff very nice and professional,
However my wife and children have been in to see the doctor and he was dismissive pf the concerns we had. Turns out after seeing a doctor in camrose my son needs surgery.
Probably won’t be come back here again.
Especially after he told my wife not to exaggerate.. unprofessional.

These guys are awesome! Friendly caring fast and professional. Got 3 stitches and didn't feel a thing. In and out in like an hour. should have come here for my broken arm in the spring.

I can't say enough great things about this hospital !! I have a very special friend who lives in Tofield. He recommended to vist the hospital with him last Friday nite . Its been very frustrating because im out of province. Ive had to pay for various services and this is considered medicallyessential .The staff at this small community hospital are very friendly , compassionate and gave me the advanced wound care I needed Thank u all the nurses and doctor who took care of me twice over the weekend.Youre all incredible!! 😁

We have always received exceptional treatment at the Tofield Hospital. And unlike the urban hospitals that are close by, you can actually see a medical professional within a reasonable amount of time. Nothing worse than being sick or hurt, and having to sit in a crammed waiting room for hours and hours while you wait for your name to actually be called. The medical receptionist, the nursing staff and the doctors do a wonderful job and I'm so grateful it's within distance of where we live when we need them.

I am diabetic I do have a sweet smell of alcohol all the time I was badged about how much I drink. The doctor I had never seen her before in my life she would not let me speak and tell her what the previous doctors and specialist had said she already knew everything there was to know about me
