I “discovered” Lynne and Three Mountain Foundation (TMF) in 2007. My first Conference was the 2007 9-day July Conference. At the end of the conference I knew that I would move from Nelson to Kamloops to support this valuable spiritual work. I did so the following year and have been in support of TMF ever since. Every conference is unique although there are many common elements, but how the energy is orchestrated is always unique. Lynne is a Master Energy Listener.

Into the Heart of Life is TMF's next 3-day Conference (Sept. 14-17). Why not give yourself this Gift of Life. Hope to see you on Friday September 14.

8 years ago my life was in crisis. I had left my familiar life in search of something; at the time I did not know what that something was. After a few months of being adrift I came upon a website offering retreats. The moment I laid eyes on it I knew this was for me. I signed up for the 9 day retreat! This was to be the life changing decision that would give me the direction that I had intuited was possible but had no idea how to live into. Those 9 days radically shifted my perception from feeling separate and lost to the experiential knowledge that I/we are not separate nor have we ever been, from that which all life arises. Those 9 days felt like living lifetimes. Since then I have become part of the community. I have not missed one conference. I am not the same man who entered into the unknown so many years ago.

Three Mountain Foundation is an oasis from the busy day to day that we as humans are required to live.
The retreats offer a supported opportunity to let go and just be, as I am, however I am...
With time for quiet reflection and for interactions with other participants there is a balance that brings me deeper into harmony with all.
