Très beau camping municipal, propre et bien tenu. La plage se trouve de l'autre côté de la rue. Accès facile de l'autoroute. On y retournera!

Lovely campground rv park across the street from a beautiful sandy beach on the north shore of Lake Huron. Choose your site carefully as they don’t all have 3-way service as we managed to get. Nice grassy area, my dog loved it! Great price too.

The camp is organized, the air and site are clean and the staff are helpful. The toilet stalls were surprisingly clean, the shower needed some work though. The lake is across the street which was so convenient. The sand has some stones and such in it so would definitely recommend water shoes.

My Husband and I really liked the campground it was clean people were friendly, gorgeous water view but staff was only available until 8pm. Once staff left there were a few campers (20 or so) ( friends we assumed who also had trailers there) that were very loud, abnoxious and VERY disrespectful and no regard for anyone else there in the campground!! Two weekends in a row we had to put up with it!! Cursing, drunk, high and music going, hooting and hollering til all hours!! We weren't the only ones who were annoyed!! My husband talked to a staff member on site and he told my husband to call the O.P.P that they can do something but I guess the guy that worked there said these individuals wouldnt listen to him!!! We were considering camping there again or possibly waiting for a seasonal but if they allow clowns like this in there we won't be back!!!! We heard it was a quiet, family oriented campground but all it turned out to be was a waste of monies and no sleep!! There should be someone available at camp site during the evening as well to curtail these kind of situations and give warnings or dismiss these kind of people permanently!! People want to get away and relax not listen to these type of disrespectful people!! Totally not appreciated!!!!!!!!!

Water warm. Sunset beautiful. Not crowded. While wading out, portions with rocky bottom closer to shore but gets sandy when out a bit. Definitely will return. Thessalon has a quaint small town atmosphere.

We were told they only had 1 site left and it had water only, but we decided what the heck. We got there and there was no way in heck our Class A RV was going to fit in the spot. They ended up allowing us to simply boondock in the ball field parking lot. After an hour or so, the camp host came over and told us there were two spots up front that were small, but we could have both spots for the price of one. Hands down the best spot in the entire park. We were water front and absolutely amazing views. The sunsets here are better than I've ever seen and I've been on three different continents.
The town was excellent, highly recommend Kosmos Pizzeria. Sunset point which is maybe a 5 minute bicycle ride made the sunsets even better. The water was cold of course, but excellent to swim in. We loved this place and everyone in the park was super friendly.
