This is the second time I have been to the office and both times has been a negative experience with the way staff speaks to its customers. Interrupted and shoed out the door without being able to answer simple questions. First time I was there I waited 15 minutes ringing that darn bell with no help and the same rude attitude when they finally appeared. Cheer up lady.
