The new, updated emergency department is much improved over the old one. Bright and well organized. There's a new thing called 'fast track' which is for less urgent care (I was sent to this area after being pre-assessed). There's a separate waiting area for this. I was home in 3 hours. To those who complain about waiting many, many hours please remember that going to emergency is unpredictable. You could hit it at a very busy time. The people you see in the waiting room are not the whole story. There could be several more urgent patients arriving by ambulance that you can't see. These would likely get priority.

Visited the ER when my daughter was sick. While many dislike the long wait times, I understand it takes time to get blood work results. Overall, we received amazing care from the doctor and had a good experience. Hopefully, no one has to visit the ER, but the care was excellent when we needed it

I came to this hospital’s emergency ward with severe stomach pain, expecting to receive timely medical attention. Instead, I was left sitting in the waiting area for over SEVEN HOURS without being seen by a doctor. This is not just poor service—it’s completely negligent.

The staff seemed indifferent, offered no updates, and didn’t appear to prioritize patients based on the severity of their condition. I saw people come and go while I sat in increasing pain, completely ignored. I understand emergencies can be busy, but this was beyond reasonable. What’s the point of an “emergency” room if there’s no urgency?

This experience was stressful, exhausting, and disheartening. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone needing emergency care. Do better.

Nice and clean. I love where all Departments, mammogram, mri, xray placed in the basement and the atmosphere are very good. You feel relaxed and all the staff are friendly, attentive; especially the lady in Mammogram Dept. (She's taking care of me the first time and to date) Next time to visit this Mammogram Dept. I was attend for emergency on 11th feb 2025 for my joints pain and temperature body. I was waiting 5 hrs just make step by step calling name and change the chairs by sending there and here. After I got pain increased more and more then I ask doctor check my pain increase and now I’m getting headache too. Doctor ask me if I’m hurry can cancel the appointment and go by signing leaving hospital against medical advice paper.

Disaster! I can't find the proper words or sentences to describe the exact situation. Miserable.

I don't understand the way the Canadian Emergency Department works! Emergency means what?

We, the Canadain, need to fight and change the government policies and protocols made just to make money.

Visited the hospital for an appointment. Needed some help and there was no on4 ar customer information eldest for support. Guard dir3cted us in the wrong direction and we eventually missed out appointment because we were kept getting directed to the wrong place.
