The Sargeant work crew just finished installing a significant heat pump project in our home, 3 pumps and 6 heads. The leads, James and Kevin, did a thorough job of detailing the specs and quote for the job and the work team completed the installation very professionally, with excellent attention to the details. The service from The Sarjeant Company was wonderful from start to finish. They gave us the information we needed to decide what furnace to install and did all the coordination required with the gas company. Leo and Nick worked well together getting the old oil furnace out and installing the new gas furnace. Very professional job. We thank them for all their hard work.

We are long term customers. 30 years or more. Originally oil and now propane. I have had some concerns with automatic delivery but have never ran out. We did not like the exhaust pipe for the new propane furnace but it works. We continue with Sarjeant Co, obviously satisfied with their service. HV A HPY

Sarjeant's staff are incredible.From conversion to propane to some minor issues along the way makes it a pleasure to have them do work in my home.
I had some thermostat issues in the fall where the furnace failed to work.They were fast to get me going again.A temporary repair was performed to get me through the winter..
A big thank you to Alysha..who listens to the issue and has genuine interest and compassion in the customer.
A big thank you to Anthony who came to my rescue and wired in a new thermostat to to get my furnace and heat pump operating to perfection in the spring.
All over the best experience.
I will recommend Sarjeant's as a 100% all around company that performs to a tee.

Received a boulder from one of their dump trucks right into the windshield of my truck and they claim it’s an act of God they don’t want to help me at all. Usually decent companies help to cover costs since their drivers don’t check their loads prior to hitting highways.
