Bought some shoes Thurs. I tryed them on and walked to the gym leggings/tights, The cashier came over and said you can't walk around in the shoes so I took them off continued to browse, another floor employee came up and said are those your shoes the ones on my feet.I said yes thinking about buying these ones in my hand with the price on the bottom.She took them to the counter. I bought them was bullied and nervous. Got them home in a bag , didn't look at them as was busy assumed Sally Ann was a friendly ,helpful place to shop with good deals.Worked Sat ,Sun looked at shoes Monday and they were torn on the back (stitching)Went to store today have bill. Said she remembered me sale final.She could of let me get some shoes I can wear. Was crying.

I felt a little judged by maybe the clothing I was wearing (I'm kind of goth/ punk) I also was followed the entire time which made me leave early. The people were positive but it seemed like an act.. location is great and parking is easy to navigate 3 stars is fair

Very poor customer service at donations door, shorter older lady was in a mood and denied about ten pounds of donation bags of good quality clothing that I would rather not throw away, just because the outside of the bags were wet and one bag had a rip in it. Maybe teach your staff to have some decency and respect. Thought a charitable organization would be more welcoming to help. Definitely not going back there. If I could give it negative stars, I would.

We rent the hall for our quilt guild. Everything is always set up perfect for us, the bathrooms r clean and always seasonally decorated. Great, bright space for us.

Thankyou for all that you do for people of low income, or homeless. I only wish people would donate stuff to you guys far more, instead of the "for profit" BS Value Village that thinks they should charge Hollywood prices for everything. So Thankyou!
