The good:if you need a meal or a bed.
The Bad:be careful of the system trying to exploit you.
I learned alot about how the system can and will exploit vulnerable people.Without getting into details I will say that I witnessed staff physically intimidate people.The last time I witnessed something like that was in elementary school.After a few really strange things happened to me I wasn't going to ask staff for help.I called out through cyberspace and asked for answers.The only people who assisted me were complete strangers from the hacktivists group Anonymous.Think about it,if you needed humans for experiement,would you ask people to take part in illegal experiments? or take advantage of a vulnerable person whom you could easily dismiss as 'crazy' if the individual tried to speak out?Long live Anonymous!!!Without making myself more of a target I will leave it at that.Oh,and if you want to help the homeless population do not donate anything to this place and maybe do something like make bagged lunches to hand out?Maybe hand out a few Timmies cards.Because one thing I have seen is the propaganda showing people donating big fat amounts of money that is not seen by clients.
