I found the service at this Home Depot to be quite good. The staff took great care to explain everything about their products and did not hesitate to give their honest opinions.

I also found the layout here really logical and easy to negotiate. The signage also helps too.

There were multiple places ro carts and the wheels on them ran great. There is nothing worse than a cart with bum wheels when it is fully loaded.

On December 23, I returned a shower base because my mistake brought left side drain. But plumber told me should be right side . Max helped me at Customer service in Home Depot Airdrie store. Believe that happened a few times. He always smiles to customers and be ready to answer our questions. I am very appreciate for his patience and his time answering my questions. Also Samuel helped me during I selected a new shower base. Thank you Home Depot in Airdrie.

I hope the store manager reads these because I have a genuine message to get across. These staff will absolutely bombard you with questions 'are you doing okay?' 'Are you finding everything okay?' And so on. It seems great maybe from their perspective but it's more irritating because most people that aren't finding something will find a staff and ask. They also try and take over when you go to self checkout and bombard you with more questions. If it weren't for having a company card for here I would never choose to come here. Just let people shop in peace please, they'll ask for help if they need it.
This last visit I had 5 people ask me if I was doing okay and finding things okay. The one lady at self checkout grabbed the hand held scanner and started scanning and telling me she was just going to do it. Then another lady takes over and starts asking me how I'm paying and going through the prompts on the screen and I have to tell her she's doing it wrong because I have a commercial card and I actually have to get a little rude to get her to back off - this is also while I was on the phone for a work call. I get trying to have good customer service but some of these staff are going too far and making it worse, please just dial it back a little.

I found Jeronimo at the lumber department is exemplary great. He went extra mile to meet my expectations. I need some help to get some dowels cut. One of the staff- an old guy that I had approached and had ask me to try the manual hand saw to cut it myself. Seriously!!! what a joke!
I was nice and didn’t made any rude comments. I want to let him know that as a younger person , a woman to show some respect to elders- that is how my parents brought me up.
However with the lady’s help at the counter ( I didn’t get her name and she , without hesitation
asked Jeronimo if he can help.

I would definitely comeback and I recommend to go airdrie home depot on all your building material needs!

I’ve been a regular at this Home Depot, but today’s visit was by far my best experience yet. I’ve always wanted to install a storm door but lacked confidence. Robert, who works at this store, went above and beyond by taking the time to explain everything with great patience and kindness. Thanks to his help, we successfully installed the door. Highly recommended!

World class customer service. Purchased a toilet but when installing identified it was broken in the package with no damage to the package so must be from delivery or production. This location customer service staff helped with the exchange promptly. Will be coming back to this location for further purchases.

Don’t buy gift cards at this location!
You will buy the card, spend the money and then there will be no money on the card. You can keep a receipt to show that you paid and shopped there, even has the cashiers name on it. But they will fight you and make you feel like a thief and not want to give your money back.
0 customer service. Ashamed to say I even shopped here before.

I have been going to this place for a while now since I moved to airdrie . Some of the staff at this location lately has constantly shown totally disregard to the customers time and respect their time. I was there this whole last summer bought almost 40 k to 5k worth stuff for my home project in the basement . I had to multiple times go back and change the stuff that was either delivered broken or wrong or not delivered at all . Then I had a whole another frenzy with appliances . Getting it del8vered on time and getting it right is whole another level of ball game . On top the recent experience I had drove my mind bonkers .
I was at the till previous day and lady named Emma have no idea what th process is there is price match option she made me wait like 10 mins while she kept trying to find the item on her phone first and even I explained her about the site and showed it on my phone
She had to call manager 3 times as she seem to be very reluctant helping getting it sorted. Then she charged me a little over for the product I bought .
Now I went back as I figured I was overcharged 2 mins later in the store . Store could not figure out how to fix and asked me to come back and three of the people could not do a simple math's with 3 items and 10% fiscount .
I also found it rude when one of the supervisors said we will just return one item and you can still keep the item and money . I was like no . I only need what I overpaid , I don't need your free money .
At the end , I had to leave without the money i was overcharged even itwas few dollars not crazy amount. because I had spend another 15 mins by now looking at them still trying to figure it out . I was like I think it's not worth anymore to spend more time while I see all this incompetence and ripping people off.
I would say if you have choice of buying a product somewhere else , should never look at this location absolutely till the end .
