Just from looking at the bad reviews, and how the salon responds is so unprofessional. Whoever is responsible for responding is taking it too personal. I just seen a review about this salon. They talked about the clients child and how the employees were rude. I do agree the child was hard to work with but they never brought up how one of their employees were rude and instead focused on the child. Rachel seems be carrying the salon while the other employees take their personal agitation on their clients.

Rachel did an incredible job with my hair yesterday. I got medium to long layers blended in my hair with curtain bangs, I really wanted to keep my hair length and she did an incredible job of that.

I was sceptical about trying a new place for my haircut and beard trimming. Walked-in The Hair Loft on a friend's recommendation and luckily got a timely appointment with Ursula. Worst place ever! I had good experience last time that’s why I took my son again but this time The lady was so unprofessional and rude. She didn’t even smile back didn’t know how to behave with kids… She had zero absolutely zero knowledge! I took my boy for a haircut and the lady seemed so annoyed I know it’s her right to deny if a child is moving I totally understand but she didn’t even sectioned the hair and started chopping it off!!! I swear Don’t go unless u know the person!!!!!

They’re so unprofessional and rude for no reason. I’m telling everyone not to go to this salon, they have zero knowledge about the products. The worst experience I ever had. Take care of your hair guys.

They’re saying I missed an appointment lol, I told her from my workplace and she said okay come within this time. I exactly showed up that time and 2-3 ladies for no reason started yelling at me for getting late. I didn’t even force them to get my hair done but they never let me speak. So unprofessional. I had my appointments with you in the past and experience was worst, heard from many people for your behaviour but still thought should give it a chance but those people were right. They don’t deserve any good reviews because of their bad attitude. Will never ever suggest this place to anyone and currently helping everyone to stay away from these people. They will literally ruin your whole day with that sarcastic words.
