I cannot begin to express how happy we were with Jamie, Sergio and the entire crew at The Foundation Kings. My husband and I had a very tight timeline, as we're expecting, but the team was able to successfully get everything done ahead of schedule. They were able to add 2 feet to our basement, waterproof and install in-floor heating...and even though they got things done ahead of schedule, they didn't skimp on the quality of the materials OR workmanship. They're true professionals, who were extremely polite and did a great job of cleaning up our property after the work was done. We recently hired The Foundation Kings to underpin our basement. The experience was phenomenal. After four other outlandish quotes and timelines, we asked Jamie to stop by and give us one last quote. Not only was his price a lot cheaper but his timeline was shorter as well. However, one of the main reasons we decided with to go with The Foundation Kings was because Jamie assured us the job would be completely hands off. He took care of absolutely everything. He arranged for an outhouse for his crew, organized all structural and city engineer visits, kept us up to date daily on progress of the basement and even recommended some great floor and HVAC companies to assist with next steps of the renovation. Jamie really made the whole process straightforward and easy. Finally were also a a tight timeline and he was able to start a just a few weeks after. Job in its entirety took 3 weeks, start to finish.

Jamie and Sergio were always professional and available to answer any questions we had. They were also able to offer us some great advice on extras in the basement that we had not thought about. The crew they brought in was amazing. All of them were extremely kind, respectful and very hard working. They kept a very tidy jobsite inside and outside the house. Swept and hosed the walkways after work everyday. The entire crew made the whole process run quick and efficiently . We could not be more satisfied with the result.
