I love this place for no hassle donations. They offered to come out to my vehicle to pick up the items and I truly stand by their mission to make people who are homeless more comfortable and give them a bed to rest their heads.

They run the youth centre and they should be shut down and I think the staff is so rude and disrespectful at the youth centre they let people break down by sending them off when they are having a hard time mentally and emotionally and they are supposed to support youth and they just send them off because they don’t want to help them they want to make them feel worse. They are also letting people have seizures and sending them off and not be able to come around for assistance and also when people have mental issues they are not allowing them to go there for assistance they also disrespect the youth and favour other ones. They have been pushing me away and also they broke confidentiality with me and told me that I can’t go there because of my mental health issues as well they made me feel like jumping in the river and cops met me at the river this is ridiculous man this happened a couple nights ago and I was released from the hospital the following day. I think it should be shut down for what they did and what they treat me like as a bad person

A sanctuary to sleep for tho
Not to be confused with the five star Hyatt Regency Hotel chain. Great lunches good breakfast. Dinner is always a meat sandwich and homemade soup of the day.

The staff are great and work hard to take care of everyone's needs they really care about the people that they serve. I wish they gave out bus tickets I'm glad they have a TV now I wish they offered a resume help writing class or more work training I wish that couples could sleep together at nite even if they are married they can't there aren't enough beds for women someeooone please donate some bbunk beds wish there was more outdoor seating and Moore food served. Each day wish they had a list of jobs and places for rent for patrons to look at
