We were very impressed with The Crack Specialist team from the initial free consultation to the final result following their work this week.

Melanie and Cole repaired a vertical crack in the foundation and a reset a window well which had been shifted due to frost and insufficient mounting when the house was built. They took the time to explain the work upon arrival and also after completion. They were both very friendly and put our mind at ease during the work.

I also want to highlight their attention to detail. There was a section of drywall that needed to be removed to access the foundation crack. Melanie took care to make a clean rectangular cut of the drywall and preserved the backing insulation so it could be easily replaced. Cole also did a great job on the final finish of the window well, ensuring it was surrounded by fresh top soil after the work was done.

I was so very impressed with The Crack Specialists right from the start. Wesley the owner/estimator came by to take a look at my concerned area and give me an estimate. He was so knowledgeable and accurate as to where the problem might be, considering the walls were drywalled, I was so amazed at how precise he was. So I booked my appointment to have the issue resolved.

The technician (Melanie) came by to fix the crack in my foundation, I was once again very impressed, her professionalism and work ethic were fantastic! She even took the time to explain to me the procedure step by step, as she continued to work away.
Melanie did an amazing job, she also left the worksite nice and clean!

I had Ron & Roman come by today to patch 2 foundation cracks in my cold room & also replace my window well (which flooded & brought water into my basement). Not only were they professional and super detail orientated. They also explained the process and did everything in a timely manner. My new window well looks great & I can be at peace knowing water won’t come in through there or the cracks in my foundation. Melanie came over today to repair our foundation crack. She was early, kind, easy to talk to, great with my kids who were very Interested in everything she was doing lol she even included my son (safely) and he will talk about fixing the house everyday I think. Overall booking was super easy, reasonable pricing, lots of communication, easy to pay, and reminders sent out with straight forward instruction. I also appreciate the warranty with their work. We are ripping out the whole basement so ignore the framing being broken

Had an amazing experience with the crack specialists! I had 2 foundation cracks that were leaking every time it rained (one much worse than the other). My technician Melanie Rose showed up as expected and proceeded into the crawl space to deal with them. She was AMAZING! Extremely personable and knowledgeable and her work is fantastic! No more leaks! She explained everything as she went through it and ensured I knew what to expect during and post the crack treatments. Everything was left very tidy and clean. We were looking for a local company to fix a leak in our basement and are very pleased with our experience with TCS. We contacted them shortly after a significant basement leak coinciding with a major regional storm. Despite it being a very busy time, within two weeks one their representatives, Ryan, assessed our situation and provided an affordable solution. Arranging the repair went seamlessly. Melanie, the service technician, was excellent. She was punctual and completed the job within the estimated time period. She was also knowledgeable and experienced. Before starting, she asked if we had questions and explained what she would do and how the product worked. She had to work in a very tight space between our water heater and HVAC system and was very diligent about keeping the equipment free of dust and damage. We recommend TCS and would use them again in the future.

We had Wes, Luke and Clint dig a french drain and install a sump for us at our very, very old house. They were hard workers, did a great, very meticulous job, kept the mess to a minimum, and most importantly seemed to really care about the service/help they were providing to me and my family. We have been so pleased with the work the Crack Specialists did in our basement. The owner who came to do the quote was courteous and very knowledgable. We own a one hundred year old house and he was very familiar with the challenges of our damp basement. The team that came to put in the French drain were also courteous and worked efficiently. I appreciated that they were also mindful of putting down drop sheets to minimize the dirt they tracked in. When they were finished, they left everything as tidy as they found it. Excellent work!
