Jay and Karen are just literally THE BEST!!

They are kind, personable, and knowledgeable. They take their time with customers, both two and four-legged!!

My princess of a pooch was going through a fussy phase and wouldn’t eat anything. I went to talk about switching foods and Karen helped me find a solution that wouldn’t cost an arm and a leg.

I’ve gone there when I was wondering if a visit to the vet was in our near future, and told me to try another remedy. Their knowledge of dogs and cats, have saved me probably a thousand dollars.

Sometimes, my dog will lead me to the shop. We will go in, chat, they will load her up with treats and we leave without buying anything. But because of this, I won’t shop anywhere else!!

They are good people who care more about their customers than making a sale. I cannot recommend them enough!!

I love everything in the store, especially the handmade dog stuff.
This was the first store I went to when I got my pom puppy. The owners are extremely knowledgeable and always helped me figure out what’s best for my pups.
As well as helping me carry the heavy food bag to my car. I love all your help and support. Thank you for educating me about so many things! ✨🫶🏼

The first thing you will notice is this wall of cute dogs (and cats!). All this big family of animals are well known by the owners. It is not only a store but a growing family. They will even remember the names of each ones. Both the owners are superb human beings and will take time to listen to the needs of each. My dog store for life.

My newly adopted senior cat was rejecting all food AND tube treats, making brushing her almost impossible. The lovely people at Bone & Biscuit helped me pick out the perfect raw frozen patties and dried pork treats. It's like I'm dealing with a whole different cat now!

If you are shopping for raw, they seem to have the largest and best selection. My princess rejected all the frozen meat from Bosleys, regardless of flavour.

Best pet store around! We have been loyal customers since Jay and Karen opened this location in 2018. So loyal that even after moving a little further away, we still come to them for everything pet related. They, along with their staff, are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They carry a great selection of everything you could need and are fairly priced. They take the time to get to know you and your pet and to truly understand your pet's needs. We can't say enough great things about Jay, Karen and all of the staff at Bone & Biscuit. They are the perfect addition to Newport Village.
