What a beautiful place to live. My husband and I have been trying to decide if we want to move to goderich. We have driven through looking at the homes. We even rode our bikes to get a feel. I have never seen such a friendly community. People wave making you feel welcome. The homes are so well kept some of the gardens looks like professionals have worked on them they are so pretty. Right now we live near Toronto and were deciding on serenity living and where we want to live out if all the retirement communities we have looked at, this one is by far the friendliest and well kept we have come across. I honestly think if your looking for a home with a peaceful feel to it, this is definitely something to consider.

Everyone needs a refresher course in confidentiality. I went and viewed some homes. Filled out and signed a paper. They let another guy there who was looking at places, take my completed and signed form, let him look at all my personal information, and then let him make changes to my form. The guy has nothing to do with me.

Getting a run around from the company. I emailed kelsey cannon. Came back she was on vacation, contact the assistant manager. So, I did. She's doing nothing but forwarding the email on. Not to mention, the 3 other email addresses for them, where the email was undeliverable.

We love this Community so much that we bought two homes at The Bluffs on Huron. Although we loved our first home here we couldn't help but jump at the opportunity of living on the beachfront when those houses were built one year later. The people are the core to this Community; friendly, caring, considerate, helpful and fun! IF you love people this is the place to retire! Take a quiet walk up the main road or walk through the community and chit chat with other home owners. Everyone is so friendly that a 30 minute walk can easily turn into a 60 minute walk. Hike on many of the surrounding trails or take a stroll along the beach of Lake Huron. It's a Calm, Peaceful, Safe, Loving and Inviting community. Enjoy some of the Best sunsets from your home or gather with others at the back of the Recreation Center where Chairs, Sofas, Sun Umbrellas and picnic tables await you. Enjoy the many Happy Hours and Campfires that happen regardless of which season we're in. Living here is a reward for all those years of hard work and all that we accomplished ❤️❤️

Beautiful location for sure! Unfortunately I am 63, have a condition in that I can not wear a mask. Today we drove two and a half hours to view some homes and we were completely rejected. I asked for a meeting outside which was refused! Sarah was wearing a mask but apparently afraid of me. I'm spending my money elsewhere. She would not come outside. Or get anyone else to! I feel discriminated upon. Sad state of affairs.

My in-laws bought one of the earliest homes built and are very happy with it. Good review by home inspector. Close to the lake with a nice paved path down do the beach. Building a nice community here.
