Best vet clinic in town. All of the staff and techs here are fantastic - patient, caring, knowledgeable and accommodating. Dr. David was wonderful, very informative and gentle. The force free / fear free approach makes a huge difference. My fearful boy who has had some bad vet experiences in the past literally pulls on the leash to come in and see the staff here. Thank you Barn Door team!

Dr. Ina & Dr. David are two of the warmest & kind vets I have ever met in 25+yrs of owning multiple dogs. They were extremely supportive of the palliative care & treatment of my beautiful rescue Malinois and ensured that her last months were in relative comfort. I found they were open-minded and truly listened to my concerns, suggested treatments without being pushy and were completely ego-free. I live in Vancouver and though it is a bit of a trek, I will be switching vets and taking my other dog to this clinic. In this world of corporate VCA-run veterinary hospitals, independent vets are hard to come by and GOOD, independent vets are worth their weight in gold. I cannot recommend Barn Door Veterinary Care enough.

Dr Ina and the staff were excellent with my timid fearful dog! They didn’t take her away from me to draw blood and got on the floor to take their time with the exam. They seem to really understand fearful dogs. I didn’t get talked out of or shamed for feeding raw and I wasn’t pressured to over vaccinate. We will be coming here from now on even though it’s a drive for us.

Thank goodness we found Dr Ina and her wonderful clinic!
Both my dog and cats have visited now for their regular, annual visits. We love the low stress practices and approach to high standards of medicine.
When my dog had an emergency after eating things she shouldn't have, we were able to be seen that morning (please call ahead so they can fit you in), received top level care right away and were able to help Porter out and feel better!
We paid our bill and were able to get all the documents to submit our pet insurance claim. Porter feels so much better 🙂

I had to find a new clinic when my long time veterinarian retired.
I went through a few really bad ones until finding Barn Door Veterinarian Clinic and Dr. Ina. Everyone I dealt with from making the appointment to bringing my pet in was so friendly and helpful. They also have a pharmacy onsite which makes it easy to bring your pet in for their appointment and walk out with everything you need in one visit. Also, Dr. Ena is amazing,! You can tell that she cares for her patients and has nothing but the best in mind when taking care of them. I highly recommend this clinic if you want people who will do their best to care for your pets.

You will find thee BEST vets here. Dr. Ina and Dr. David are the 2/3 I've seen the most, but Dr. Kuan is a gem as well. Due to my dog's anxiety, they will actually treat her in our home, which happens to be a van. Who does that
I completely trust the doctors and their wonderful team with my fur girl. If you have a pet, this is the place for you!

Casper & Milo love the doctors and technicians here. The veterinarians are very knowledgeable, and our pets get very well taken care of. We drive 1 hour there and back just to bring our pets to Barn Door.
