I had a friend that has lived here for years and I lived in the adjacent building attached to it for 18 yrs. The Board of Directors as well as the property management like to talk about other members they congregate outside in groups and gossip. Please don't get me wrong the building is fine but like the two adjacent Co-ops you get a lot of people in a small area who happen to have a lot of time on their hands to delve into their neighbors business and if they want will have you removed from the co-op community for any number of reasons meaning the co-op is able to create its own set of bylaws or amend the current ones when they feel the need to make something you do or want to do against the bylaw. There are also some very good and kind people here as well and the rent is very reasonable if you can tolerate the drama and the politics.

Clean building, and in a good area. Staff was incredibly friendly and fair with me, and they were able to help often. I would highly recommend!
